CreatorPrivacyKit is provided as a free, browser-based utility for stripping container metadata (including C2PA, EXIF, GPS, and XMP) from files you already control.

Your files, your rights

You may only process files you own or are authorized to modify. You are responsible for how you use cleaned exports, including platform rules and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.

No warranty

The tool is provided “as is.” Canvas re-encoding, incomplete boxes, or proprietary watermarks can mean a file is not fully anonymous. We do not guarantee that a downstream app will treat the output as unlabeled or untraceable.

Acceptable use

Do not use the kit to hide illegal content, violate another person’s privacy, or circumvent DRM. Metadata removal is a privacy and packaging step, not a license to misrepresent work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of CreatorPrivacyKit are not liable for lost files, quality changes from re-encoding, or decisions you make after downloading a sanitized blob.
